Here are some Mid Century Modern (MCM) homes for sale in the Valley. Some are showing open houses tomorrow. If you are not familiar with MCM, you may recognize these homes while driving around the Valley. This type of architecture is prolific in Southern California and the San Fernando Valley. (The Googie architecture derives from MCM that is more common in commerical settings that I have shown in some of the Back To The Future Series) Maybe the pictures will help. You will definitely notice a difference from the ranch homes and today's "mcmansions." Note: this is a sampling of MCM homes I could find, so there may be others in the Valley.
